Drew has spent 20+ years working within multiple types of oncology programs, including NCI-designate comprehensive cancer centers and large community cancer programs. He served as Director of Strategic Planning at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and organized the Blue-Sky process for new ideas. Today, he serves as the Director of Oncology Quality and Support Services at Northside Hospital, acting as the central point of contact for all oncology quality, process improvement, and cancer program accreditation-related initiatives.

Mildred oversees the cancer registry and other clinical registries for a five-hospital system, which handles over 24,000 cases annually. She also manages registries for various programs, including the Society for Thoracic Surgeons and the American College of Radiology's Lung Cancer Screening program. Additionally, she supports hospital quality initiatives, generates patient treatment summaries, and assists with NAPBC and NAPRC accreditations. Mildred is an NCRA liaison to the College of American Pathologists Cancer Committee and serves on multiple advisory boards.
